So we can place your child on our waiting list please complete our Admissions Form. This can be done in two ways:

1. By completing our Admissions Form below and hitting ‘Submit’ or
2. By downloading our Admissions Form and handing it in or posting it back to: Sidemoor Pre-School, @ Pear Tree Family Hub, Broad Street, Sidemoor, Bromsgrove B61 8LW.

We’ll be then be in touch to finalise their place.
